Customer Success Lead

You'll own the merchant relationship after signup — onboarding new sellers, answering support over chat, WhatsApp and phone, and building the help centre and self-serve resources that scale beyond you.
You'll turn what merchants struggle with into product feedback that improves Bamudda for everyone. Hybrid role based in Kampala.
What you'll do
- Own merchant onboarding and support (chat, WhatsApp, phone)
- Build the help centre and self-serve resources
- Feed merchant insight back into the roadmap
- Track and improve activation and satisfaction
What you'll bring
- 3+ years customer success/support
- You love teaching and solving problems
- Clear, patient written and spoken communication
