Customer Success Lead

You'll own the merchant relationship after signup — onboarding new sellers, answering support over chat, WhatsApp and phone, and building the help centre and self-serve resources that scale beyond you.

You'll turn what merchants struggle with into product feedback that improves Bamudda for everyone. Hybrid role based in Kampala.

What you'll do

  • Own merchant onboarding and support (chat, WhatsApp, phone)
  • Build the help centre and self-serve resources
  • Feed merchant insight back into the roadmap
  • Track and improve activation and satisfaction

What you'll bring

  • 3+ years customer success/support
  • You love teaching and solving problems
  • Clear, patient written and spoken communication
