You'll help merchants succeed — answering questions, guiding onboarding, and writing help content — with a mentor showing you the ropes. It's a great way to learn a product deeply and work with real customers.

You'll use AI tools to draft replies and guides, then make them warm and human. Remote within Uganda; open to students and early-career people.

Answer merchant questions with guidance
Help onboard new sellers
Draft help articles and replies with AI, then personalise
Flag common issues back to the team
